Our Vision

Developing respect, understanding, and cooperation through citizen diplomacy and involvement which will contribute to world peace and prosperity.

Our Mission

Fostering friendly and positive relationships between the citizens of Russellville, AR and Enghien, Belgium by creating virtual and in-person exchanges in the areas of the arts, education, tourism, business, sports, civic activities, and government.

Our Plan:
Connecting Communities

Russellville Sister Cities (RSC) plans to build bridges through interpersonal exchanges to establish lasting cultural friendships between the people of Russellville, AR and Enghien in Belgium.

Our first project is to financially support some Russellville High School students go and visit Enghien and Belgium in May 2027. To do so, RSC will collect donations to create scholarships for the selected students.
